4. How Sendy Fits In
If a customer enables a Sendy integration, Royaltrio LLC DBA EventCheckinlist may transmit selected contact or event-related information to Sendy at the customer’s direction.
This can include, depending on the configuration and user action:
- names;
- email addresses;
- phone numbers;
- tags;
- custom fields;
- event name;
- brand; and
- attendance status.
We do this only to provide the requested integration workflow. Sendy is offered as an integration for business owners or account holders who choose to connect their own mailing systems. The customer is responsible for deciding what data is sent to Sendy, which contacts are included, what lawful basis applies, and how Sendy is configured and used afterward.
Once information is sent to Sendy, it is also subject to the customer’s Sendy setup and Sendy’s own terms and privacy practices.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
Where required by applicable law, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
- performance of a contract;
- legitimate interests, such as operating and securing the Service;
- consent, where required;
- compliance with legal obligations; and

For customer-submitted event, attendee, vendor, and guest data, the customer is responsible for identifying and maintaining the appropriate legal basis.
